This website provides you with a variety of fun activities to help keep you active at home. Your OBJECTIVE is to complete our weekly challenges which will be posted every MONDAY and WEDNESDAY. Once you have completed our challenges, feel free to participate in as many Bonus activities as you want! We have provided you with a variety of Bonus activities to help you complete at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day.

If there are any specific sport or activities that you would like to see on our page, POST it on our BLOG and we'll do our best to make it happen! This website is for YOU to enjoy and we will do anything possible to help make this time at home as FUN as possible!!

MouseTrap
(Target game)

This activity is a target game that focuses on the underhand roll.  This game can be played alone or with others.  Younger students may require help from an adult with setup.
Think About It...
When you were rolling/throwing the ball were you focusing more on power or accuracy?
If the target (laundry basket) had been further away from you would you need to use more power in your throw?
Why do you think you need to step with the opposite foot when throwing an object?
What other sports can you think of that use the underhand roll/throw?

​(Balance and Flexibility) 

Try this activity on both the right and left sides with the toilet paper and the water bottle.
The purpose of this activity is to challenge yourself, work on your balance and flexibility, and have FUN!!!!!!
Think about it...
Was it more difficult to practice this challenge on your right side or your left side? 
What were your feelings when you realized that this challenge is a lot more difficult than it looks?
How did you feel when one side was more difficult to do than the other? 
Did you stop trying or did you work harder on your weaker side?

Hi students!! Today your activity will be about how to make your own chalk agility ladders and some great drills you can do using the ladders. Watch the video below and try your best and have fun. 
Think about it....

What are the main benefits of agility ladder drills?
  • Great way to warm-up your entire body and avoid injuries
  • Great way to practice general footwork
  • Excellent for directional and multi-planar movement training
  • Interesting and fun way to build up your calves & cardiovascular endurance​
